Benefit Hoola Lite

During the winter, I can pretty much blend in with the snow I get so pale. It gets really hard to find a bronzer that isn’t too dark or muddy on me, but this one is perfect. It gives me a little bit of a bronzed glow but also doesn’t make me look like an oompa loompa which is amazing. I don’t think it will be great for me in the summer when I have a bit of a tan, but for right now this is perfect and I’ve been using it pretty much every single day since I got it. The swatch is a little hard to see because the bronzer is so light, but it works perfect for my skin tone. For pale girls everywhere, I would highly recommend this. $38CAD at Sephora

Cutex Brittle Nail Fix

I have really dry nails, and during the winter they get even worse and peel so much so I go through so many different nail treatments that really don’t work that well. This stuff is amazing. My nails aren’t peeling as much and they’re actually growing a little bit for once so my nails aren’t as tiny which I love. Whenever I use this under nail polish, it makes my polish last so much longer than most base coats I’ve tried. I would fully recommend this if you need a little bit of added strength to your nails and also want your polish to last more than a few days. I got this for $8.99CAD at shoppers drug mart.

Tarte Shape Tape Concealar

Getting this product in Canada isn’t the easiest, I was only able to find it on Tarte’s website and couldn’t test out the shades in store which wasn’t the best but oh wow this product is worth all of the hype around it. I’ve been using the shade fair neutral to cover up any blemishes on my face and the shade fair beige under my eyes. This concealer covers up anything and everything. The giant doe-foot applicator makes it really easy to get enough product on my face without having to constantly go back into the tube and get more. It looks like I actually get enough sleep and have no big red pimples (which I definitely have had a lot of this month). It’s $31 CAD (not including shipping and all that fun stuff) but it is so worth it and I will definitely be repurchasing it when I run out.

Anastasia Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit

Honestly, when I first saw this palette I just though “meh, it looks like so many other highlights” and wow was I wrong. Of course it was sold out in the Sephora I go to and online once I had swatched it and realized that I love it and needed it in my life and on my face. I finally was able to get my hands on it and have been loving it ever since, especially

the shades Forever Lit and Kitty Kat. Forever Lit is so blinding and gorgeous and every single time I’ve worn it, I’ve had so many compliments. The highlighters do kick up a lot of powder when you get it on your brush, but they are super easy to blend on the face and get a gorgeous and stunning glow. $52CAD at Sephora

Clinique Pep Start Eye Cream

Every morning when I wake up, I always look exhausted no matter how much sleep I get or how well rested I feel. I have never used an eye cream that actually brightens my eyes so much and makes me look so awake, even if I’ve only had 4 hours of sleep. This eye cream is so amazing and even from the first time I used it, I fell in love. I only use this product in my morning skin care routine but I’ve been going through it pretty fast and definitely plan on buying it again. I’ve always been a huge fan of Clinique skin care, and this eye cream is no different. The only downside of the Pep Start line from Clinique is that it is only available at Sephora and not at any Clinique counters anywhere else. $33CAD at Sephora

Benefit Porefessional Primer

I have no idea why it took me so long to try this primer. It seems like everyone and their mother has this and loves it. I had a few samples and figured that I might as well try and and I fell in love with it and bought the full size. This really helps to mattify my face and help control my oils all day without drying out my skin. It also helps to blur out all of the large pores I have by my nose. I’ve used this under so many foundations and it makes all of them look amazing and last for so long without melting off my face. If you have oily skin and/or big pores that you want to blur out, I would highly recommend this. $42 CAD for the regular size at Sephora.
